Terms of Service — Biatrix Studio

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Biatrix Studio platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

Platform: the software and services offered by Biatrix Studio for AI-powered corporate roleplay.
User: the natural person using the platform, individually or on behalf of a contracting organization.
Organization: the legal entity that contracts the service for use by its employees.
Content: data, transcripts, recordings, scenarios and other materials generated or entered in the platform.

2. Account and eligibility

To use the platform you must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities performed in your account.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the platform:

Only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms
Without violating third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
Without trying to circumvent technical limits, security mechanisms or usage quotas
Without entering unlawful, offensive, discriminatory content or content that violates applicable laws

4. Plan and payment

Plans and prices are presented at the time of contracting. The contracting organization is responsible for paying monthly/annual fees on the agreed dates. In case of default, we may suspend access until payment is settled.

5. Intellectual property

Platform: all rights to the software, design, brand and technology belong to Biatrix Studio.
User content: you retain ownership of the data you input. You grant Biatrix Studio a non-exclusive license to process it as necessary to provide the service.
AI-generated content: evaluations, feedback and analyses generated by AI may be freely used by you within the platform and your organization.

6. Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available 24/7. Any scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Technical support is provided during business hours via email.

7. Limitation of liability

Biatrix Studio is not responsible for:

Business decisions made based on platform insights
Unavailability caused by force majeure, third-party infrastructure issues, or user actions
Content entered by users

In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months by the contracting organization.

8. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel your account at any time. The contracting organization may terminate the contract with the notice period set in the plan. In case of violation of these terms, we may suspend or terminate the account with prior notice.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil are elected to resolve any disputes.
